Registered Referral Agents (RRAs)
Registered Referral Agents recommend document management solutions to existing customers and prospects. RRAs receive referral sales compensation and product training to introduce document management solutions, and they facilitate the initial dialog between the customer and ColumbiaSoft. The level of compensation depends on the aggregate level of successful referral sales. All sales partners start their relationship with us as RRAs.
Value Added Resellers (VARs)
Value Added Resellers offer comprehensive document management solutions direct to their customers and prospects as an added-value service complimenting their own products and services. VARs receive reseller sales compensation at higher levels than RRAs, product and sales training, and marketing support. In return, VARs are expected to have existing expertise in selling and supporting Microsoft-based software, and to have an existing base of potential customers. RRAs who demonstrate these capabilities and a successful history of referral sales are eligible to become VARs.
Systems Integrator
Systems Integrators add value to their own services, and enhance the benefits offered to their customers, by embedding features of Document Locator within their existing service framework. Systems Integrators receive product training and technical support in order to implement document management features within their service offering.
Technology Network Affiliates
The ColumbiaSoft Technology Network includes hardware and software providers that either support or are supported by ColumbiaSoft’s product solutions.
